Katherine Jin

Katherine Jin is a policy advisor and organizer with experience in AI and data center regulation, data privacy, biotechnology, and digital equity. She most recently served on Mayor Mamdani’s Technology Transition Committee and advised New York State Senator Kristen Gonzalez on technical policy. She is currently a TechCongress Fellow in the House of Representatives. Katherine was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kinnos Inc. She also serves as a campaign lead for the Internet for All campaign.
