Emrys Schoemaker

Emrys Schoemaker is Head of Digital and Frontier Technologies at UNU-CPR. His work focuses on the governance of AI, data, and digital infrastructure, and on how multilateral institutions can keep pace with fast-moving technological change. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Global Governance Centre at the Graduate Institute, and at the Firoz Lalji Africa Institute at the London School of Economics.
